should I get roses for my girlfriend on valentines day?
I got her a teddy bear, and am taking her to a motley crue concert, that I bought tickets for back before christmas. I really wanted to get her roses, or at least one to go with the bear. I did get her carnations from our school, but I accidentally got one :/, hopefully I can fix that. should I get her roses? or is that too much?

I completely disagree with everyone else. Yes get her roses, but before the concert, so she can put them in a vase at home. I WOULD get red roses. Red roses are the most romantic, AND believe it or not, a nice bouquet or red roses costs more than mixed, I thought women knew that… Some do. So it’ll show not just a sentimental thought of romance, but a bit more mula. If you’re low on cash, get the mixed ones.

A bunch of roses, or just one lovely single rose, every girl loves that on Valentine’s day. It’s better you went to the extra effort even if she hasn’t said she wants it than leave her thinking ‘where’s my rose?’

Roses are romantic…but it really matters what she likes. If you know she like another type of flower than definitly get her the ones she likes. But if you dont know what she likes, then get the roses! Thats cute. Dont get too much like 4 or I think 1 is sweet! And mostly one rose with the teddy bear, i love that!

If you’re going to get your girlfriend roses for Valentine’s Day, I strongly suggest ordering them now. It’s near impossible to arrange anything the day before or on the same day. I think it is a sweet, traditional idea.
I do have a suggestion for you if you want to do something in addition to or other than giving her flowers.
There is an eBook called "101 Romantic Ideas" by Michael Webb. It is an EXCELLENT short book with fantastic ideas. Do a Google search for it and see where you can get it for free.

For our first Valentines, my man got me a crystal rose. He scored MAJOR points. Try something like that. Real roses die, but glass ones last for a long time.
