The Romantic Beef Filet for Two – Cooking with Gill

I have been in the restaurant and catering business for 25 years as a cook and chef, in the nineties I became interested in fitness and weight training which led to my interest in healthier food and cooking techniques.

Beef Filet For Two

Preheat Oven 400 degrees

Ingredients
2 New Potatoes
1 Carrot
2 Beef tenderloins
2 Oysters or Oyster Mushrooms
6oz or 1 can of Gravy

    seems easy.. Would bell peppers sliced work with this meal?

    Im just wondering cause I though bright red bell peppers would make this dish pop(color wise). Maybe fresh Basil on the side too? Good job though…
