What are some good valentines day ideas for my boyfriend?

Valentine’s day is also near our one month anniversary (we decided to celebrate each month) and I don’t have to much money to spent. So here are some key things in the question.

1)He loves zebras
2)I will most likely only have 30$
3)I’m going to write something
4)He skateboards and I want this present to be something romantic, and something he’ll want to keep.

Any suggestions? Or Ideas?

Hi!

How about putting together a scrapbook of your photos — maybe include ticket stubs to concerts or sporting events, notes you’ve written to each other, that sort of thing. It’s something you could do without a lot of strain. you could also do the same thing on a large piece of poster board.

Good luck and Happy Valentine’s Day!

I think it depends on how old you are an how long you have been together. But to give you an idea – can you use your money to make him something. A zebra design – material or paint – on a hat or cap, something he can wear or keep that has to do with skateboarding. Picture frame with him scateboarding and make it a zebra design frame. These can be found at hobby stores and can be painted or paper can be decopouged on them. Just some ideas. It shouldn’t cost $30 to make these and including a handmade card with writing in it can be pretty personal.

I’m not sure what sports he likes- but customized things are always cute. For my boyfriends birthday I got him golf balls with "Happy Birthday John! Love, Eleni" on them. He loves them! You can customize a lot of different sports equipment at customink.com. Or maybe you can have a skateboard deck custom made!

Also I’ve always found wonderful clothes for guys at Express and Ralph Lauren. Express has great jackets, and Ralph has the sexy polos. They also have great cologne. Like Ralph Lauren Black, It’s my favorite. You could also try something cute like red heart boxers at American Eagle.

Or if you want to go all out Kay Jewelers has great Citizen watches for anywhere between $100 and $500. He might really appreciate that, especially with a romantic message engraved on the back! And of course he’ll appreciate a card decorated with hearts telling him you love him. The last place I want to suggest is soapcard.com. It’s adorable, you can customize bars of soap!

    Good luck!

    P.S. Try personalizationmall.com
