Valentine’s Dinner decorations?

We are having a "Sweet Hearts Dinner" at church and I am helping with the decorations and planning ideas. We are celebrating the married couples with a dinner. We are on a budget. I am looking for some creative ideas that we can use. Thanks!

Find the confetti hearts (most craft stores carry them), sprinkle about on a white table cloth (could be paper cloth for easy clean up), pick up at the craft store little clear candle votives, place one red votive candle in each. (The votive cups can be washed out and reused for other occasions at the church), also ask around, see if anyone has any miniature clear lights left over from Christmas, run the string of lights down the center of the table with the confetti and candles, (will be extra lighting and a nice added touch to the table – be sure to tape down the cord and plug so no one will trip over it while walking around.), check with the florists around town, see if they have any rose petals that they discard and might be willing to give you for also placing on the tables.

Tie onto favors little note cards at each place setting with a Bible verse talking of Gods love.
