OK this is ma first valentines day comming up where I havent managed to loose ma gf before (lol…17 and first time for this lol) and was wondering what a general spending cap is?

i have an idea of what i wana get already, was thinking like a silver heart pendant on a necklass (other idea surgestions VERY welcome) =)

I’m sure she’d love that, and to be honest there is no real "cap" on what to spend. It’s your girlfriend. Get her whatever you want, and whatever feels right. The pendant sounds lke a good choice though 🙂

So my boyfriend has already said he is cooking Valentine’s dinner and dessert for me. So I’m feeling a bit useless 😛 I was thinking of making some cute biscuits or cakes for him and putting them in a nice tin as part of a pressie. Any ideas for some recipes?

I just finished taking down my Valentine’s decorations and now I am thinking I should put up the Easter stuff, but my friends think I am crazy and they say it is way too early. SO I am just wondering what other people have to say about it.

And yes I do decorate for all the holidays.
That is what I usually do about a month before the holiday, last year Easter was early so I put the Easter things up as I took down Valentine stuff, which I put up as I took down my Christmas things.

I always decorate 4 weeks before the holiday. That way I am not to early and not to later.

I want to be unique for this Valentines. Whats common right now is a dozen red roses, or 2 dozen red roses.

I want to be unique. Like I saw 5-6 foot roses somewhere on the internet. One other person suggested 100 roses. Another one suggested roses in a heart form.
And yes, this is disregarding the price. Price is not an issue.

I think it would be most creative/unique to do an arrangement NOT made of roses, or to do a more unusual breed of roses…

Latin Ladies are stunning in my opinion, red on the tops of the petals, and white on the bottoms. (they are also called fire and ice)

You could also put this item nicely in a small gift box accompanied with a picture of you and him together, cut into a heart shape.

On the back of the picture, you can write your favourite poem or a small note of how much you love and miss him.

This sure will be the most important treasure he could take with him to Iraq and remember you by in those lonely and dangerous situations.

My niece is in the 6th grade and really really likes this boy. She doesn’t want to scare him off by giving him something too gushy or serious like flowers or a I love you card or something. I was wandering if you have any good ideas of what she could make? Thank you!
